Work out!

 Hey Guys, some of you asked me about my work out plan so I decided to write a post about exercises I do. So at the first you know I do athletics - long distances like 800m and more. I love running so much, it's very important part of my life. (thanks running I can eat much more food, hihi :D) I train really hard 6 times a week. Only one day is my "rest day". I run outside also in winter, also in rain or darkness.

Ahoj, někteří z vás se mě ptali ohledně toho jak často cvičim atd. a tak jsem se rozhodla udělat článek. Tak ze všeho nejdřív, vlastně asi víte, že dělám atletiku - konkrétně delší tratě 800m a víc. Miluju běhání, je to důležitá součást mého života. (díky běhání můžu mnohem více jíst, hihi :D) Trénuju šestkrát týdně. Můj "rest day" mám pouze jednou týdně. Venku běhám i v zimě, v dešti nebo ve tmě.

Training plan for December
Mo: 6km + 5x100m in tempo speed or I go to gym
Tu: 60 min powerwalk
We: 3km, 6-10 hills sprint 100m long, 3km
Th: 8km
Fr: / (rest day)
Sa: 2km, 4-6 500m in tempo speed (t=2:10 for each), 2km
Su: 12km

So this is my running plan + I strengthen 5 times a week :)



I got these Flex vitamins as a Christmas present. I's very good for bone joints. There are 44 packets in one box. One packet for one day and it includes 8 pills. I never take medicaments but I think this is really good dietary supplement for athletes.
